Haeger® 824 OneTouch-5e

The 824 OT-5e is fully hydraulic, 8 ton of force, and 24″ throat depth. The OT-5e is best suited for high volume parts with flanges or boxes under 3″ and fasteners up to 0616 ( M10 ) in mild steel and 0516 ( M6 ) in stainless. The 824 OT-5e has a 4 station upper and lower auto tool changer and four auto feed bowls where you can insert 4 fasteners automatically allowing you to get the most benefit of single part handling. Single Part Handling allows you to increase your process flow by inserting four different fasteners all with their own pressure settings and only handle the part once. This feature eliminates the bottle neck. This machine also has full quality control with fastener length, fastener detection, insertion mapping, and program storage. Our InsertionLogic software has a built in wizard to quickly guide you through setting up a program based on the fasteners selected and automatically sets force, dwell, and eject time, bowl vibration and all other settings needed. The OT-5e is used for high volume flat parts with flanges under 3″.
